Friendly staff, some more than others. Doctor was great and listened to everything patient had to say and was extremely compassionate with patient care and discussed treatment options and explained everything with patient. Made the visit very worth while because patient felt heard and helped.
They couldn't diagnose strep throat (I went twice) and I ended up in the hospital. I will never go back and I wouldn't let anyone that I care about go here either. Also, the receptionist was extremely rude both times. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
I was a little hesitant to come to this location because of the reviews but I really needed to be seen.(My doctor was closed until Monday and this was not an emergency, but was urgent to me) From the minute I walked in the staff was VERY friendly, and I felt like I was in a regular doctors office. I was a little concerned that the physician would not be able to treat my type of ailment, but she told me they see these type of things all the time. My doctor was so very nice and very knowledgeable (Dr. Gemma Rozmus), and the medical assistant was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend this urgent care. For the people who say its not a good place, I hope you are taken into consideration that this is a walk-in service and they are there for your convenience. It's not always going to be fast service, but I think you should look at the fact that at least you have somewhere to go without paying the fees of an ER.
GREAT place to have in your neighborhood.
Although I know this is not their initial purpose, it was close enough that I wanted to get enough help until I could reach emergency services. My throat closed up and I wheezed constantly after having an allergic reaction to something I ate. I tried my best to look around, but nobody was there. Thankfully, a woman off the street came in and called 911 as I put all of my energy into not passing out. Five minutes later, the ambulance came and I received epinephrine. For a place that claims to be a medical center designed to help people, there is not even someone to assist you when you need help. Stay away. There are far superior medical facilities in the area with stronger reliability.
Very useless people and unfriendly employees. They will keep you waiting for 5 hours without doing anything. They are just too lazy and they don't wanna work.
